Real Experiments 2D
Datasets of the Challenge 2013
The page contains 3 real datasets (2D) to compare SMLM software packages. They were published for the challenge 2013. Tubulin AF647 is a typical example of SMLM data. Real Long Sequence, Real High Density are example in two settings of density, the results of localization and rendering are presented here.
